The ordinary people the work there are nice BUT the woman that runs it, whose name is Reba, has all the charm commonly associated with a Gila Monster!
They are trying to cheat us on the charges. They threaten to throw my poor old 97 year old mom out if we do not pay what we do not legitimately owe.
